apple is holding my photos hostage

and i will pry them away from their greedy corporate hands. i have ordered a digital camera, which should arrive on friday, with the intention of: the tradeoffs are inability to send photos as soon as i take them, but i notice that those rarely have any artistic qualities to them - think taking a photo of an article that i would tell myself i would for sure later read.

i came across this phrase in a youtube video, "saving things for later gives you permission to forget about it without losing anything" or something of that nature. it is happening with photos i tell myself i will look back on and never do, or articles that promise to give me a deep dive into a topic yet i never read them...

perhaps taking less photos would actually help me remember them, it is sad and dreadful to forget them.

related note (maybe), have decided not to renew my iphone 13 (the newest one is 16, 17 is about to come out next month). i am just really tired of this loud and in-your-face tech.

why do people push ai into everything? aren ́t they tired?
