hot take: our attention spans aren't fried, the movies which are coming out right now are just boring. we watched resident evil this morning while drinking coffee, a true masterpiece. had no desire to be distracted at at all.
i came across some videos where people are experimenting with "living like it's 2006" or whatever, it sounds very very attractive to me. i want to feel alive, watch movies, feel objects, read books, and feel boredom
